Bethan Stagg has a PhD in Biology Education from Exeter University and regularly publishes and reviews for the Journal of Biological Education and Research in Science and Technological Education. She co-ordinated production of a MOOC (free online course), ‘Sustainable Food Systems for the 21st Century’ for Exeter’. She is involved in an exciting new project, developing a schools Climate Change Education Network.
